New East Grinstead Apartments
This is my post on the new Weston Homes‘ East Grinstead apartments called Queens Walk. If you can’t view the video, please click here.
Lucky me!
I was recently invited to have a look around Weston Homes’ new East Grinstead Apartments development Queens Walk.
I also love that I learn something new each time. Did you know that East Grinstead is London’s busiest rail commuter market town, because I didn’t?!
Now I’ve always thought East Grinstead was beautiful with its medieval and tudor architecture. Of course it’s also only a 20-minute drive to Gatwick, with Weir Wood Reservoir and Ashdown Forest on your doorstep.
But I hadn’t realised how quick the London train was. It’s only 56 minutes to Victoria station.
Affordable luxury
Queens Walk is in the centre of town and Weston Homes have also revitalised the pedestrianised area adjacent to the development. I can imagine the locals are pretty happy about this as it was quite an eye-sore before.
Phase one includes more than 20 finished one and two bedroom apartments and they’ve been pitched as ‘affordable luxury homes’.
Here comes the luxury
So with the affordability box checked, I wanted to see where the ‘luxury’ came in.
There’s smart technology all over the place.
Top notch fixtures and fittings come as standard.
There are balconies and roof terraces with stunning views, and that’s as well as the communal gardens.
If you need to fill your new home there even the option for Weston Homes to include a starter furniture pack.
Feel good factor
But frankly these apartments just have a good feel to them, you know what I mean when something just feels right? And of course you will have plenty of time to enjoy it, and the surrounding area, even if you work in London.
If you fancy a waterside home in Peterborough, which also has great commuter links check out Fletton Quays.
